Postcards From Seth is our Old Timey Pale Ale brewed with Pale, Munich, Caramel and Amber malts. It has considerable depth including toasty and toffee notes while remaining dry and crisp. Plenty of American Centennial and Amarillo hops from the Pacific Northwest provide bright citrus, pine and floral aspects to the nose and palate. Named it after our friend Seth’s habit of sending postcards to the brewery, and brewed it in the spirit of his generosity.
