Our second craft beer release is another IPA, but this time a much bigger one at 8%! "Things We Don't Say" is a New England Double IPA brewed with flaked oats, white wheat, and aggressively dry hopped. Version 1 (5/22/19) was dry hopped with Ella, Simcoe and Cascade hops. Version 2 (10/3/19) was dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, Cascade, Vic Secret and Columbus hops. Version 3 (3/19/20, 7/21/20) was dry hopped with Mosaic, Vic Secret, El Dorado and Cascade hops.
