Originated in 1862, Bacardi Superior rum is the original, mixable, light-bodied rum, aged between one and two years in carefully selected oak barrels. After ageing, the rums are blended and passed through a second charcoal filtration to achieve maximum clarity and characteristic Bacardi smoothness.

This cocktail-friendly white rum is neutral overall, with a faint citrusy aroma and a relatively dry, crisp profile that finishes with plenty of white pepper heat.
