TASTING NOTES: Notes of chocolate, cinnamon and clove are the main focus of this simple, juicy Moscatel. Best served cold (45°F).
VINIFICATION: Arope (must reduced through cooking) is added after fermentation to add another layer of flavors. The wine is then aged for one year in solera.
