This white wine has a luminous pale yellow color in the glass. The nose is a combination of citrus aromas, especially grapefruit, with a mix of flowers and white fruit. Full-bodied, rich and smooth, the palate is firm, with a tart freshness that gives it a beautifully zesty length. Slightly mineral in the finish. It’s a remarkably well-balanced wine, which only gets better after a few years in the cellar. Serve with either grilled light meats or fish served with vegetables. It is also well suited to chicken dishes that include cream and goat's cheese. Perfect aperitif wine with finger foods or on is own. This is an elegant Bordeaux white at an approachable price.
