Clear Yellow with golden lights; Exotic fruits and white flowers nose. Very round and fine mouth with a great mineral finish.

Light gold-colored, the 2018 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc offers a classic bouquet of Meyer lemons, tart peach, and spice. It's medium-bodied, with solid depth of fruit, nicely integrated acidity, and a clean finish. It's very much in the style of this fresher, more moderately concentrated vintage (for the whites) and ideal for drinking over the coming 3-5 years. The blend is 20% each of Grenache Blanc, Picpoul, Bourboulenc, Roussanne, and Clairette, brought up in a mix of vessels.

The full-bodied, silky-textured 2018 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is an equal-parts blend of Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Picpoul Blanc and Roussanne, part of which went into oak (30%). Tropical notes of banana and papaya mark the nose and palate, turning zesty and picking up hints of anise on the long finish.
